Stem cell therapy center

Stem cells are those cells that can develop into any type of cells, such as liver, muscle, blood or other cells with specific functionality. Basically, stem cells are the basic cells of the human body, the “bricks” that make up life. They create our organs, tissues, blood and our immune system. Interestingly, however, most cells in our body can only give birth to cells of the same type (for example, blood cells produce blood cells, epidermal cells produce more skin cells, etc.). Stem cells, on the other hand, are unique cells that can give rise to several types of cells (a stem cell can create blood, kidney, heart or bones).

Persistent challenges ranging from severe to mild deficit in social communication and interaction, across a number of contexts, are the characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorder, accompanied with the need for sameness, or a routine, which triggers an exaggerated response, when tampered with. Let’s begin with the earliest signs of Autism, which could be presented by a lack of responsiveness, or a lack of eye contact. Children with Autism in the early stages may not show any response to name, or look directly at the person when spoken to. In some cases of Autism, symptoms may present as a regression of social and cognitive milestones between the age of 2- 4 years, where the child’s development seems to be on track, however, he/she starts to slowly ‘lose’ the milestones. Commonly, the following signs and symptoms of autism spectrum disorders are observed. Read extra info Autism Treatment

Speech therapy also tackles problems that affect a child’s ability to eat. Many children with CP struggle to maintain a healthy weight because it’s hard to chew or swallow food. Oral motor exercises can improve the ability to chew and swallow food effectively. Speech therapists also work with other therapists. For example, a speech therapist and an occupational therapist can help children with drooling problems due to low muscle tone in the face and mouth. There are multiple surgical treatments that can help correct movement problems in children with cerebral palsy. However, parents should keep in mind that surgery isn’t right for every child with cerebral palsy. Surgery is most commonly prescribed for those with spastic cerebral palsy because their increased muscle tone can be reduced to relieve restricted movement. For example, a child who walks on their toes due to high muscle tone in their legs can have those muscles or tendons lengthened, allowing for more normal walking.

A few advices to help your child with autism: Make time for fun. A child coping with ASD is still a child. For both children with ASD and their parents, there needs to be more to life than therapy. Schedule playtime when your child is most alert and awake. Figure out ways to have fun together by thinking about the things that make your child smile, laugh, and come out of her/his shell. Your child is likely to enjoy these activities most if they don’t seem therapeutic or educational. There are tremendous benefits that result from your enjoyment of your child’s company and from your child’s enjoyment of spending unpressured time with you. Play is an essential part of learning for all children and shouldn’t feel like work.
